Warranty Policy
For your added peace of mind, every single vehicle I supply goes through a thorough and independent inspection process. I also test drive the vehicles to ensure that any faults or issues are addressed. All my vehicle come with a fresh 12-month MoT unless the vehicle has been MOTd prior the sale.
In the event of an unprecedented mechanical issue with a sold vehicle I offer a 6-month warranty that is categorized as follows. First thirty days we cover anything will make the vehicle undrivable or fail an MoT. From day 31 till the expiry of the Six months warranty we only cover the engine and gearbox ONLY.
Consumables tear & wear items are NOT covered by this warranty. In the event of an unprecedented mechanical issue with a sold vehicle the owner is responsible to bring the vehicle back to Millers Motor Company Ltd at there own expense. Any damage to the vehicle in your possession or loss of items and a significant increase of mileage to the vehicle from the date of sale will result in a monetary deduction. Minor faults & wear and tear are to be expected with a second-hand vehicle considering age, mileage & previous owners by signing the sales contract document, you agree to the T&C. Millers Motor Company ltd Offers a 6-Month warranty on all its vehicles over a £1000 retail price. Covering catastrophic faults such as complete engine failure or complete gearbox failure. All related minor faults and consumables items are not covered by this warranty. (Please ask for details regarding none warranted items) Chips, Dings, light scratches commensurate with age and mileage of the vehicle. Minor faults & wear and tear are to be expected with a second-hand vehicle considering age, mileage & previous owners. In the event of a catastrophic fault. The buyer is responsible for returning the vehicle to us at their own expense within the warranty period where it will be assessed by an appointed registered mechanic. Any damage to the vehicle in your possession or loss of items and a significant increase of mileage from the date of sale will result in a monetary deduction. By signing the invoice document provided on the date of sale, you agree to the T&C of the contract. If an Extended Warranty is in place on any vehicle the 6 month warranty offered by Millers Motor Company ltd is voided.
